Campaign Story

My name is Lisa, and my husband Curtis and I have been looking forward to welcoming a bundle of joy of our own since we started trying in December 2023. What we thought would be a straightforward journey has turned into something much more emotional and challenging than we ever imagined.

We learned that we’re facing infertility years ago, particularly female factor infertility as I have a congenital uterine anomaly called Uterine Didelpys, and that news was devastating to me. I will be considered high risk during a pregnancy and that itself is another worry on our shoulders. Every month brought hope, and every negative test felt like a small heartbreak. We’ve held onto each other through the ups and downs, but the emotional weight has been heavy. After consultations and tests, we were told that IVF is our best chance to bring a baby into our arms. While it’s a path filled with hope, it also comes with a significant financial hurdle—one we can’t overcome alone. We decided on treatment at CNY Fertility, Syracuse as “travel patients”.

The cost of a single IVF cycle is more than we can manage on our own. Your support would go directly toward medical procedures, medications, travel fees and clinic fees, bringing us one step closer to hearing the words we long for: “You’re pregnant.” Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference and gives us renewed hope. We’re financially prepared for a fraction of the cost, We never expected this is how our journey would go.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for considering supporting our  dream. With your help, we believe we can finally welcome the child we’ve been hoping for.
